The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Modification to a Sole Source contract for the installation of Modificaation 89A upgrade kit and the concurrent installation of Wing Center Sections for a maximum of 5 EA-6B aircraft to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, St. Augustine, Florida. NAVAIR Synopsis No. 20040-02. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-FEB-2002).
