Description
NOTE: This is Amendment 0001 to SPO600-02-R-0300. The following administrative clarifications/corrections are incorporated to the original synopsis/solicitation. 1. Closing date is changed from 9 November 2001 to 26 November 2001. 2. Contracting Office address is: Defense Energy Support Center, Missile Fuels Commodity Business Unit, Bldg 1621-K, 2261 Hughes Ave, Ste 128, Lackland AFB, TX, 78236-9828 3. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP) for a requirements type firm fixed price contract to provide High Purity Hydrazine product. 4. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01 (FAC). 5. Schedule B (attached as separate document) is replaced in its entirety 6. Section J (attached as separate document) is replaced in its entirety 7. Appendix A (attached as separate document) is replaced in its entirety 8. All references to SA-ALC/AF/AFMC Forms, Clauses or Provisions, and/or AFM/AFMAN are pending DESC reference numbers. 9. Add DIDS 81560, 81561, and 80809B 10. Replace Government Bill of Lading (GBL) Distribution List in its entirety. 11. The original synopsis/solicitation is included for reference information. 12. All other terms and conditions of the original synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SPO600-02-R-0300. Closing date and location for receipt of quotations will be at the issuing office until 3:00 PM on 09 November 2001. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (FAC). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325120. Small Business Size Standard is 1000.
