Description: The purpose of this purchase is for the procurement of a Mail Transport Equipment Full Service Warehouse. There is one Mail Transport Equipment Full Service Warehouse site, located in the Greensboro, North Carolina area, relative to this competitive procurement. Mail Transport Equipment (MTE) is used to transport mail between postal processing facilities. MTE consists of mailbags, various metal containers, plastic and corrugated fiberboard trays and sleeves, canvas hampers, and pallets. The MTE Full Service Warehouse functions are to process and repair MTE and return it to service within the postal system.
