- Modification to N00164-01-D-0037 - The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has a current FY requirement to modify contract N00164-01-D-0037 with Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. The modification will be issued on an other than full and open competition basis. The contract was awarded to SBIR for a Sensor Optical Test System (SOTS II) and accessories. It is now the intention of the Agency to modify the SOTS II contract to allow for award of an open-air collimator optical bench. Restricted competition is dictated in order to avoid duplication of expenses to the Government. The system will be FOB Destination. NAICS Code 333314.
