The purpose of this modification #1 is to provide the following information: (1) Inside delivery will be required (2) Installation for Brand Name "Airclean" is not required / "Equal" item may require installation (3) The measurements 48"W x 24"D x 32"H are exterior measurements and cannot be more than specified due to space restrictions (4) the exterior width must be a minimum of 48"W.
