Mechanical Site Preparation by Tractor Scarification and Winter Shearing of approximately 274 acres on the Tofte Ranger District, Superior National Forest, Lake and Cook Counties, MN. Desired date for starting work is July 15, 2002. Recommended contract time is 84 days for Item 1 and 67 days for Item 2.
