Description

NA NAICS code of 234920, Solicitation No. DAHA25-02-R-0003, Construction for Fiber and Copper Campus Distribution cabling installation at Camp Ashland, Ashland, Nebraska for the Nebraska Army National Guard. The estimated cost range is $100,000 - $500,000. The construction performance period shall be 59 calendar days or less. The work to be completed includes, but is not limited to the installation of Fiber and copper campus distribution cabling in 28 buildings with Two Options of completing Voice and data Copper station cabling. All underground conduit is in place throughout the installation. Conduit is stubbed to the exterior of each remote building and is terminated at a junction box. There are 28 remote building sites to be connected to via copper and fiber to the Administrative building. The solicitation is solicited as Unrestricted based on the Small Business Competition Demonstration Program with an evaluation preference for Small Disadvantaged Businesses in a Hubzone of 10%. Contractor is required to submit with Invitation for Bid, a written warranty for the work equal to 15 years and written experience qualifications showing at a minimum Five years experience at the type of work specified. A Contractor who qualifies as a a Large Business shall be required to submit Small business Subcontracting Plan. A Large Business is defined by the NAICS category 234920 as one which has an average gross income over $17 Million. The solicitation shall be available o/a July 26 via email to those who respond to t his advertisement via email to carrie.hancock@ne.ngb.army.mil. Please respond by email to this synopsis. A site visit will be scheduled for o/a August 13th based on the availability of the Technical COR. Contractor is required to adhere to all Construct ion Labor laws and provide all paperwork as defined in the applicable laws and regulations. A Bid Bond guarantee in the amount of 20% of total Proposal amount is required to be submitted with the proposal from a proper surety. Performance and Payments sh all be required to be submitted prior to issuance of Notice To Proceed for this contract. The contractor is required to be registered with the Central Contractor's Registration site. All payments are required to be made via EFT. Contractor shall provide proof of CCR and EFT registration with the proposal package. Failure to submit required information and Bid Bond with the Proposal package may render the proposal ineligible for consideration.
