- Description
- The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 6,878 square feet of rentable space. Rentable office space must yield 5,981 to 6,280 occupiable square feet available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space offered must be contiguous and located on the first floor. The buildings offered must be located within the following boundaries of Hanford, CA: NORTH: Ivy, Redington, Elm, Harris. EAST: 10th Avenue. SOUTH: Hwy. 198. WEST: Railroad Tracks. The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as a Class "A" building. Space must be in a quality building located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a modern design. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. The building must also conform to the seismic requirments for new construction of the current edition of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or the 1970 Edition if the lateral resisting system is of steel construction or the 1976 Edition if the lateral load resisting system is of concrete or masonry construction. The term of the lease will be for 10 years, 8 years firm with 60-day termination rights by the Government after the firm term. Occupancy is desired by April 1, 2003.
