- Item 0001, Rotary Valve Assembly, 44 ea, NSL, P/N Cryomech P/N VM03-3002; Item 0002, Valve Plates, 44 ea, NSL, P/N VM03-3003, Appl/Size/Weight/dimensions: The valve assembly (part#VM03-3002), and Valve Plate (part#VM03-3003) are critical parts used by the Technical Applications Products Branch to repair Automatic Cryogenic Rectifier (ACR). The ACR, developed and produced by Cryomech Inc. is a ground air sampler. Incoming air is collected into sample bottles and analyzed for gases of interest. Dimensions and a brief description are provided below for each part: Valve Assembly - 1 oz, Approx .250"L, .750" Diameter - Key component of the Cold Head Motor Assembly, attaches to the valve plate; Valve Plate - 1.5 oz, Approx .375" L, 1.25" Diameter - Key component of the Cold Head Motor Assembly. Attaches to the valve assembly. Government furnished drawings and specifications are not available. Anticipated RFQ issue date is 19 Jul 02. Dstn: fd7030, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX 78243-7056. Delivery: 90 days ARO. Note 22 applies.
