Description

GREFE POOL DIKE RESTORATION AT SHIAWASSEE NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, NEAR SAGINAW, MICHIGAN. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary to remove existing section of dike, construct new dike (approximately 2,050 feet in length), replace existing water control structure, and replace spillway. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 234990, with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available approximately July 24, 2002, with bid opening occurring on or about August 23, 2002.
