- NA PRON: AX246179AX, NSN: 3020-01-090-1915, PN: 70351-08088-102, Quantity: 95 each minimum to 895 each maximum five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, P A. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 30 each 300 Days After Award (DAA) and 30 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DAA. This item is restricted to the approved small business sources ACR Industries Inc, Cage Code 57152, Precision Gear Inc, Cage Code 21540, Equitable Engineering Co, Cage Code 11867, and The Purdy Corp , Cage Code 15152 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to mai ntain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufactu ring knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333612 and number of employees is 500. Firms that recognize and can produce the requi red item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
