Description

Material and equipment shall be standard products of a manufacturer regularly engaged in the manufacture of the products. Materials shall be resistant to diesel fuel conforming to requirements of FS VV-F-800; and gasoline conforming to MIL-GL3056 Completed installation shall conform to applicable requirements of NFPA 30 and NFPA 30A. 3/EA-10,000 gallon tanks and all the accessories listed, 4/EA product dispensing units, 1/EA management control system, and all the piping/fittings (varying quantities). Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent ammendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www2.eps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts form any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Anticipate a Firm Fixed Price with delivery approximately 30 days after award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-APR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-JUL-2002.
