Description

This is a request for quotes for eight (8) Video Projector Systems, for delivery to Lackland AFB, Texas 78209. The systems are to be composed of the following line items, all to be Brand name only: A)eight(8) Sharp XG-C40XU, LCD data type, with wireless control and laser pointer remote B) eight (8) Chief RPA-955-110-Ceiling mount brackett for the Sharp projectors C) eight (8)Da-Lite #77324 100 inch diagonal high power surface wall/ceiling screen D) eight (8) Day-lite #6 brackets E) eight (8)TOA #903 MKII 30 watt power amplifier F) thirty two (32) TOA #PC-671-R speaker systems G) eight (8) TOA #U-01R line input module G) eight (8)BRETFORD #A-26-42-E, AV Cart H) eight (8) SHARP #XA905 VCR I) eight (8) HAV-AVC-50, 50 foot cable harness J) eight (8) EXTRON VGA disribution AMP #60-046-02 K) eight (8) Custom HAV-C30 wall plates. Quotes for the above should be sent by FAX to Bruce Taylor, FAX number 210-671-1199, by 0900 hours tuesday, 16 July 02. This is a request for quotes under FAR Part 13 procedures, shipment must be within three weeks of award. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. All interested parties must be registered in the CCR as prescribed by DFARS. CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. The above RFQ is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS. Include all shipping in price for each line item.
