- Description
- The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 8,451 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space in East New York, Brooklyn ,NY. The Delineated area is bounded on the north by Jamaica Ave; on the west by Van Sinderen Ave; on the east by Ashford st; on the south by Cozine Ave. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The government's existing lease is expiring in November 11, 2003 and the government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when deciding whether it should relocate. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
