- Description
- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform tasks that include the arrival services, aircraft processing services, departure services, and emergency services for Transient and Distinguished Visitor Traffic at Scott AFB. Distinguished Visitor traffic will include home-based DV traffic on Scott AFB aircraft (O-6 and above). Transient aircraft will include all aircraft not based on Scott AFB. The Contractor shall perform these Services from 6am to 10pm Monday through Friday and from 7am to 6pm on weekends during normal operations. Overtime hours will be awarded for government requirements outside of this time frame on a case-by-case basis. The contractor must be able to provided overtime manpower during other than normal services hours if the need arises. This may include holidays. This commercial acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the SIC code - 4581, NAICS code 488190, and the related Small Business Standard of six million dollars. The performance period is a Base Period from 1 October 2002 - 30 September 2003, and four one-year options. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register with the Central Contractor Register (CCR). The solicitation will be issued on or about 21 May 2002 with the due date for solicitation close projected as 20 June 2002. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. Interested parties may access the solicitation package on the Government Federal Business Opportunities Web site at http://www.eps.gov . No hard copies will be distributed.
