- This is a synopsis for commercial service. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on this web site on or about 21 June 2002. This procurement is restricted and set aside for HUBZone small businesses. The solicitation document, which will be available on this web site, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $6.0 million dollars. The contractor shall provide management, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies and vehicles necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at Columbus AFB, Mississippi. The anticipated period of performance is 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 for the basic period plus three option years. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by mail to: 14 CONS/LGCA, ATTN: JOHN SCHOPPER, 555 SEVENTH ST, ROOM 113, COLUMBUS AFB, MS 39710.
