- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SOLA Communication Inc., 134 Toleda Dr., Lafayette, LA for satellite based radio dispatch equipment with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) interface capability. This is not a request for proposal. SOLA Communications is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required equipment. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
