- Description
- Provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work required to excavate or mechanically remove silt and lake bed material from the drainage canals at two separate pools. The work includes removal and disposal of spoil material to a depth of between 3 and 5 feet for a width of 25 feet and an approximate length of 1300 feet at Pool B and 1100 feet at Pool C. Performance period is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Issuance of the Notice to Proceed will be delayed, as the work will be performed during the months of January and February of 2002. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 11, 2002, with a bid opening of on or about August 13, 2002. The RFQ will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through the GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. Please note that drawings applicable to this project are not available for download from the GPE. Requests for drawings and/or the RFQ may be faxed to 303-236-4791, Attention: Aileen Y. China. Requests may be mailed to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Attention: Aileen Y. China, P.O. Box 25486, Mail Stop 60181, DFC, Denver, CO 80225.
