Description
NSN: 8415-00-926-1674, Barbed Wire Handlers, Quantity: Base Year 15,000 PR Minimum, 23,000 PR Maximum. Plus two, one-year options Quanitity: 12,000 PR Minimum and 18,000 PR Maximum. Shall be in accordance with CID A-A-50054A dated 6 March 1990, Deliveries starting 180 days After Date of Award to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA depots. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This procurement will be issued as Total Small Business Set-Aside and will utilize the Best Value method of source selection. Technical proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Experience/Past Performance and DLA Mentoring Agreement. Product Demonstration Model Requirement: Two (2) pairs. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder. This solicitation will contain DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the United States. All contractors MUST be registered in the CCR in order to be eligible for award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at https://progate.daps.mil/home after 17 July 2002.
