- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking a firm to provide a prototype tabletop display and up to 50 additional exhibits. Amendment #02 has been issued to further refine the specifications. SSA intends to issue a purchase order for the prototype with an option to order additional quantities up to 50 exhibits. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and by utilizing FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. A sample display and print exhibit shall be provided to the Contracting Officer along with the vendor's quotation at no cost to the Government. SSA shall return all samples to the vendors at Government expense. Issuance of a purchase order is anticipated by July 25, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. No further vendor requests for the RFQ will be honored. No further questions will be entertained.
