Description

Provide all labor, material, and equipment required for the removal of the aggregate base and surfacing of an existing county road; removal of the existing water control structure; foundation preparation; foundation backfill; installation of one 71-inch water control structure; installation of 104 linear feet of 72-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) conduit; structure backfill; roadway aggregate base course; and roadway hot bituminous pavement surfacing. The location of the project is Fuller's Lake Waterfowl Production Area, Valley City, ND. Performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 24, 2002 with a closing date of on or about August 14, 2002. The RFQ will be available through the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through the GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. Please note there are no drawings applicable to this project. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the RFQ to 303-236-4791, Attention: John D. Peters. Please include the RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
