Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-5101. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-24 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20001213. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3699. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334414. This acquisition must include the following Contract Line Item Numbers: CLIN 0001 Quantity (3) each, FireBERD 6000A Communications Analyzer; Acterna Model Number, FB6000A; CLIN 0002 Quantity (3) each, Low Speed TTL Interface (LAB); Acterna Model Number 40204; CLIN 0003: (2) each, FB600A, Rack Mount; Acterna Model Number RM-6000A; CLIN 0004: (1) each Mainframe Sonet/DS3 Analyzer Option; Acterna Model Number 224-P7. Mainframe, Sonet/DS3 Analyzer Option to include: T1 bit error rate testing, fractional T1, DDS, G.821, advanced stress, smart loopback/command codes, DSP, VF testing, signaling, digital anlysis, SS7 with call trace, primary rate ISDN, caller ID testing, enhancesd ESF/SLC. TR-303. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2000).
