Item 0001 NSN 1440K1112036A, KIT WITH FOLLOWING ITEMS--- P/N: 7002190-1 NOUN: FRA RIGHT, P/N: 7002190-2 NOUN: FRA LEFT, P/N: NAS1102-3-08 NOUN: SCREW, Dim: APP. 2.57?H x 3.72?W x 1.5?D, Function: To retain AIM-9 fin during flight. Mat: steel. Applicable to: LAU-128/129 AMRAAM LAUNCHER. Destn: TBD. There are two (2) out-year options: Yr 1 for 1-2288, Yr 2 for 1-2172 EA. Delivery of Basic Qty: 31 JAN 03. Telefax 478-926-5407. The approximate issue date will be 01 AUG 02/response date will be 03 SEP 02. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Sources Restricted To: Marvin Engineering Co., Inc., Inglewood, CA 90302-2903 AND Cliffdale Manufacturing, Inc., Chatsworth, CA 91311 Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
