Description
This Pre-Solicitation Notice is issued to provide the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Systems Engineering Division, Code 31, with engineering and technical support services to support a broad range of complex electronic systems to the Naval Air Systems Command, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, and other government and non-government agencies. To accomplish these tasks, the Contractor shall provide engineering, technical, and computer services of a non-personal nature encompassing, but not limited to the following: high level engineering, major acquisition support, system integration, planning, research, development, software support, logistics, and project management. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), service type contract (with task orders), for a base year period and four (4), one-year option periods is anticipated for award. The NAICS is 541330, and the applicable size standard is $23.0M. Subject procurement is unrestricted, with award to be made via full and open competitive proposals. The anticipated award date of the subject contract is scheduled for October 2002. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet, on or about 31 JUL 2002, at the SPAWAR Business Opportunity Website, located at the following address: http://E-Commerce.spawar.navy.mil. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper distribution of these documents will be provided. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
