Although this notice indicates the acquisition as an 8(a) competitive (there is no 8(a) sole-source option available for posting the notice), the Government intends to award sole source to an 8 (a) firm. However, the project is still postponed indefinitely due to the Missionary Ridge Fire near Durango and the extreme fire conditions in Colorado.
