Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for maintenance and repair of overhead doors in various building at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, PA. The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. The performance period is for a Base period of 12 months from date of commencement. The contract will contain four(4) 12 months option periods which may be exercised by the Government. The total duration including exercise of options shall not exceed 60 months. The North American Industry Code is 56199. The size standard is $5.0. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The solicitation will be available on/about 12 July 2002. The address for downloading the solicitation from the internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective offerors are required to register on the ESOL website for this procurement when solicitations become available. If you fail to register, the Government will not be responsible for you not being notified any any amendments to the solicitation. Notification of any changes to this solicitation(amendments) shall be made only on the internet.
