- DESC: Solicitation for a one year contract with two option years for the delivery of full gas cylinders to specific locations on the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, and the pick-up of empty cylinders. All Quantities are Governments estimates per year. Written Request for Quote will be issued on day of site visit (August 1, 2002) to all participants. All interested parties SHALL fax or e-mail intent to be present for site visit no later than July 30, 2002 – MUST have a valid US Drivers License and be a US Citizen for entry to this facility. Item 0001: Acetylene, Technical in 225 CU FT CY, Qty-250. Item 0002: Acetylene, Technical in 10 CU FT CY Qty-15. Item 0003: Acetylene, Technical in 40 CU FT CY, Qty-15. Item 0004 Argon-Oxygen Gas (M-2 GAS) in 197 CU FT CY, Qty-100. Item 0005 Argon (75%) Carbon Dioxide (25%) Mix in 243 CU FT CY, Qty 200. Item 0006: Hydrogen Technical in 175 CU FT CY, Qty 60. Item 0007: Oxygen, Technical in 200 CU FT CY, Qty-500. Item 0008: Nitrogen, Technical in 187 CU FT CY, specified to the A-A-59503 1 June 2000 (Commercial Item Description) Qty-500. Item 0009: Helium, Technical in 217 CU FT CY, Qty-175 (QC77) IAW Federal Spec BB-H-1158. Item 0010: Argon, Technical in 197 CU FT CY, Qty 600 (QC77) IAW MIL-A-18455C. Item 0011: Argon, Technical in 5850 CF DEWAT Tank on wheels, Qty 100. Item 0012: Nitrogen, Cryogenic in 4500 CF Tank on wheels, Qty 30. Item 0012: Oxygen, Liquid Dewars 6150 CF Tank on wheels, Qty 80. Item 0012: N2 Liquid Nitrogen 240Liter Dewar Tank on wheels, Qty 100. This is a synopsis for a non-commercial item’s prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued August 1, 2002. This announcement is issue as N00102-02-Q-H033. The standard NACIS classification (325120) and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-06. Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH. Conditions—Non-Commercial items; Other than Commercial Item’s, Clause 52.213-4, Contract terms and conditions required implementing statues or executive orders.
