- Description
- The Southeast Regional Office of the Bureau of Prisons intends to award a contract to a contractor who can provide portable MRI/CT Scans for the population at the Federal Correctional Institution and the Federal Prison Camp in Estill, South Carolina. MRI/CT Scan will be utilized on a monthly or as needed basis as scheduled by the Health services Department. Monthly services will normally occur during normal business hours of Monday-Friday, sometime between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. All results of testing will be forwarded to the institution within 5 working days. Contractors will be required to be covered by professional liability insurance and be willing to work in a correctional environment. The period of performance will be from 10/01/02 - 09/30/03 with the potential of 4, one year option renewal periods for a possible total of 5 years. The anticipated solicitation issue date is July 22, 2002 with quotes due around August 12, 2002.
