Description

This is a commercial buy. Description: Procurement and installation of Kimball furniture in buildings 2045 and 2048, various part numbers, 1 JOB. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS IS MATCH EXISTING KIMBALL FURNITURE THROUGHOUT THE 93RD OPERATIONS GROUP. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. SEE NOTE 22 - SOLE SOURCE NOTE The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructins to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and conditions required to implement statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: match existing furniture, price and price related factors. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569.
