- NA This is a broad agency announcement of a solicitation for carpet cleaning Services at the Army National Guard Readiness Center (ARNGRC). The National Guard Bureau anticipates awarding for one base year and four option years. The scope of services includ es two cleanings per year for a 210,000 SF office building, which is substantially occupied during the day. An optional site visit is scheduled for 11 a.m. eastern standard time on July 18, 2002 at the work site, 111 S. George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA. Parking is not available on site, and security may search all visitors, so attendees are cautioned to arrive early. Attendees must present two forms of identification to the guard desk in the atrium and wait to be escorted to the meeting room. Interested parties must indicate their interest by e-mail. An electronic solicitation will be available by e-mail request after 9 a.m. eastern standard time on July 15, 2002. Telephone calls, or mailed responses will not be considered.
