NA This notice is an amendment to a combined synopsis/solicitation number DAAE20-02-R-0134. The following clauses apply and are incorporated into this solicitation: 1) 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive O rders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, along with the additional FAR/DFAR clauses cited in paragraph (a), 52.203-3, Gratuities and paragraph (b), 252.209-7001, Disclosure of Ownership or Control by the Government of a Terrorist Count ry; 252.225-7007, Buy American Act - Trade Agreements - Balance of Payments Program; 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities; 252.243-7002, Request for Equitable Adjustment. 2) In clause 52.212-5, paragraph (b), additional FAR clause nu mbers (1), 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government with Alternate I and (21) 52.225-13, Restriction on Certain Foreign Purchases also apply to this procurement. This amendment extends the date that proposals are due to 3:00 p.m., C ST 15 July 2002. You are required to acknowledge this amendment.
