Description

NA Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for Chimney and Roof Repair of 8 buildings and 16 chimneys on Wint Avenue. Remo ve and replace all damaged and missing chimney bricks as well as installation of new slate shingles with copper nails to replace broken, missing, or damaged slate shingles in the vicinity of the chimneys. Rebuild the chimneys to the same profile as the ex isting chimneys using salvaged brick and new brick, similar in size, color, and texture to existing brick. New slate shingles will also be similar in size, color, and texture to existing shingles. The buildings will be occupied. The magnitude of this pr oject is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its a ffiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12.0 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235410. RFQ is to be issued on or about 29 Jul 02. Bid ders are required to download the RFQ and any associated amendments from www.tac.eustis.army.mil . Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database in order to receive award. In order to maintain an active Bidders Mailing List, bidders must submit in writing their business address (Zip Code + 4), telephone number, and referenced RFQ number.
