Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to INSTALL NEW 7-1/2 TON OVERHEAD CRANE, BUILDING 1336, HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, GEORGIA. (1) Work to be Done: The work covered by this Contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials an d performing all operations required in connection with fabrication and installation of a 7 1/2 ton overhead crane in HAAF Bldg. 1336, room 102, complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: (2) The installation is a 7 1/2 ton overhead bridge crane on the existing crane rails in the room 102 work bays, and includes necessary facility electrical modifications/additions to provide power to the crane. The crane will have a traveling bridge, moto rized trolley, and motorized wire rope hoist. The installation will include testing, certification and user training of the crane systems. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. SIC code is 3950, NAICS Code is 333923 and th e Size standard is 500 employees. Performance time is 30 calendar days. This project is being solicited UNRESTRICTED. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal that will be considered. Paper copies of this project will not be available.
