Description

NA Resulting solicitation will invite bidders to submit an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to perform Renovation of Building 7265, 160th SOAR Aid Station, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Work includes: converting existing pre-engineered steel building (metal siding) admi nistrative office spaces into doctors offices and exam rooms, demolition of walls, adding new walls, painting, patching, new floor coverings, plumbing, HVAC and electrical modifications, closing existing windows and door openings. The magnitude of this p roject is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Period of performance is 120 days. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1305, Hubzone Setaside Procedures, this acquisition is 100% setaside for Hubzone Business Concerns. NAICS is 233320/$28.5 Million.
