Description

NA Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) has a requirement for a contractor to provide lease of approximately seventy-nine (79) Commercial Vehicles for the Motor Transport Directorate, United States Army Center, The Pentagon. The IFB shall be for the initial base year with two (2) option years. Vehicles shall be black in color and vary from compact sedans to eight passenger carry-all. The twelve (12) four (4) wheel drive jeep shall be Black in color. All maintenance (minor and major repair) shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Tires shall be replaced by the contractor as needed to meet state inspections and safety standards. Contractor shall ensure all vehicles are validly registered with the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicl es and shall have a mixture of D.C. and U.S. Government tags, registration cards, inspection stickers and shall be renewed as required. The following vehicles shall have D.C. License plates: 10 mid-size Sedans, 24 Mini-Vans, 12 Jeeps and the 1 Mini-Van wi th Handicap accessibility. The following vehicles shall have U.S. Government plates: 2 compact Sedan, 20 Mini-Van, 6 Panel Van, 4 Carry-All. All vehicles shall meet all State and local laws for operation on public highways.
