Description

NA US Army, CECOM, Logistics and Engineering Operations Directorate, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. Honto Wong, Production Engineer, (732) 532-8478. This is a Market Survey to locate additional source for spares for the AN/PSG-7. We are buying the following quantities of each item: NSN 5865-01-341-3296, Elec Installation and Equipment Kit (10), NSN 5940-01-323-6308, AA Battery Adapter (100), NSN 7035-01-346-7605, Computer Case (35), NSN 7021-01-342-9109, Keep-Alive Battery (300), NSN 7050-01-342-6286, Digit al-to-Digital Converter (53). All of items are used with Forward Entry Device (FED), AN/PSG-7, NSN 7021-01-320-7541. The current sources for these components are MILTOPE Corporation CAGE: 54418, 3800 Richardson Road S., Hope Hull, AL 36043, Telephone 334 -613-6473. Detailed technical Data for the manufacture or acceptance of these components are not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, US Army CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-C-AB, Fort M onmouth, NJ 07703. The response must provide documentation such as test results, copy of purchase if the supplier was a vender to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
