Description: NA Evans Army Community Hospital, Ft Carson, Co has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance/Calibration on Kodak Equipment to include all parts, labor, travel, upgrades and technical support. This procurement is being conducted as a commerical item acquisit ion in accordance with FAR Part 12. It is the intent of the Government to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kodak for this nonpersonal services. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference DADA09-02-T-0381.
