Description
NSN 0R-0000-00-000-0000-LU, Ref Nr NA, Qty 20 EA, Delivery FOB Origin--The Navy anticipates the award of a firm, fixed-priced contract for a secure, fenced in space measuring 130 yards by 70 yards to store up to 20 Navy-owned CH-53 helicopters for a period of up to 2 years. The contractor will be required to install an 8 foot high barbed wire fence around the perimeter of the secure area and installation must be completed within 30 days of contract award. The Navy intends to secure the fence with government-furnished locks. Access to the secure area will be given to government-appointed personnel only. The contractor's facility must be within 1 mile (or close proximity) of the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) at the Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona.
