- The work includes milling of existing airfield pavements; new bituminous paving, single bituminous surface treatment removal of pavement paint and rubber, new pavement markings, spall repairs, joint resealing and incidental related work. Bid opening date of 9/05/02 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 234110. The related small business standard is $27,500,000.00. Period of performance is 180 calendar days. The solicitation package will be available on or around 7/26/01 as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (ESB) for viewing and downloading at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. No paper copies will be available. Potential bidders and plan rooms must register on the Website. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to Mrs. Jean Tarlton at tarltonjc@efdsouth.navfac.navy.mil. Telephonic, faxed or mailed inquiries shall not receive a response. It is mandated that all bidders be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at https://ccr.dlsa.dla.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
