Description

The Eastern Administrative Support Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Wildlife Computers for satellite linked dive recorders. The statutory authority for this action is 41 USC 253(c)(1), only one responsible source. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334511, with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value less than $100,000. No contract award will be made as a result of any quotation received in response to this notice since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotation.
