Description

Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination necessary to renovate two restrooms in Building 12 at Robins AFB GA. This project will require demolition of ceramic floor and wall tile in the existing restrooms, existing 6" thick CMU walls, and existing carpet, wood paneling, and suspended acoustical an dfurred ceiling systems. New work includes construction of new walls, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout. Electrical and mechanical systems in the areas of work must be completely replaced. This requirement will be solicited and awarded pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This is not a set aside. The magnitude of this construction project is $50,000 - $100,000. Estimated date for release of Request for Quotations (RFQs) is on or around 02 Aug 02 with an estimated response date of 02 Sep 02. The Official Copy of the solicitation will not be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the WEB Site: http://fedbizopps.gov/. The estimated period of performance for this project is 150 days from the date of Notice To Proceed. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications, and other pertinent information will be posted on the web site above for viewing.
