Description: NA Technical support services consisting of one-man year?s effort to build a data base to the web for Joint Services Surveillance and a Surveillance base that would tie in with the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) data base, and for the interface of a financial n on-standard reporting system. The planning, coordination and delivery of technical management support and services for SBCCOM (RI) to build the data base to the web for the Joint Services Surveillance and to build a web data base that ties in the Surveill ance Data Base with BGAD. Also included is enhancement of WEB applications that make maximum use of databases that are ORACLE and SAS compatible. In addition, support will include new Internet applications that converts CCSS data into WEB based informati on. The contractor will assist the command representative on the IPT for the Army Electronic Publication System (AEPS), build a data base on the Arsenal Act, Collective Defense Equipment, ?GO TO WAR? and other applications that converts CCSS data into WEB based information. The contractor shall also provide support for producing management level reports from a non-standard financial database. The individual who performs the work must be a U.S. Citizen. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. DAAE20-02-R-0198. Estimated issue date is 6AUG2002. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
