- NA NOTE: Any prospective bidder/offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation must register on our website at https://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/ Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the internet after solicitation issuance. Plans and specifications will be issued on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided to prime contractors and plan rooms ONLY. A total of fifty (50) CDs will be issued on a first come first served basis. Paper co pies of this solicitation will not be available. Description of Work: The work consists of repairs to earthen dam to 1) replace water control structure with walkway and fence; 2) provide emergency spillway or larger discharge pipe; 3) provide concrete bo at ramp and graveled access road; 4) remove trees on embankment; and 5) provide a low level gate valve. The estimated cost of the project is between $100,000.00 to $500,000.00. Options are not included in the solicitation. Network Analysis will not be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will also be available on or about August 15, 2002 on the in ternet at https://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/ . Notification of amendments will be through use of the Internet. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. It is the contractor?s responsibility to check the Internet address provided belo w as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
