Description

The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to search for and locate non-vascular plants (lichens and bryophytes) listed as Survey and Manage Category A and C under the Northwest Forest Plan. The Contractor shall also search for BLM Special Status species. Unit surveys shall be made by walking routes which cover a representative cross section of all major topographic features (for example, slopes, draws, benches, ridges), habitats and special features of each unit (for example, serpentine, wet areas, rock outcrops). One hundred percent (100%) of potential habitat per unit shall be surveyed. This is a three-year indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery contract not to exceed $350,000. In accordance with Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2001, Public Law 106-291, Contracting Officers from the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service and USDA, Forest Service are authorized to issue task orders against this contract. Project sites are located in southwestern Oregon. This solicitation will not be posted electronically.
