Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 1,600 rsf (1,500 usf) Warehouse space with one small office (approximately 10'X10'). Occupancy date January 15, 2003 or sooner. Space must be located within one mile of 61 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA. Space must be open with ceilings at least 14 ft. high with minimum columns. Govt. requires a fully serviced lease, excluding janitorial, with 6 fenced secure surface parking spaces.
