Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the renovation of sidewalks, lighting, and landscaping outside areas of Buildings 1, 4, 5, and 25. Work is to include demolition, construction of curbs and sidewalks, placement of unit pavers, addition of historical replica of a cannon and balls, addition of light fixtures, replacement of grate inlets, and reconstruction of curb inlet, planting, and minor removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has several years experience in paving and landscaping type of work. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 110 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is currently Subject to the Availability of Funds. The NAICS code for this project is 233320, size standard $28.5M. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
