Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repair/replacement of Building 36, Sections A, B, C, D, and West Dock's EMCS equipment. Work is to include the replacement of the existing obsolete EMCS equipment, which utilizes Digital System Controllers (DSC), and the installation of carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors in return air systems. The new control equipment shall be Johnson Controls Metasys and be connected to existing EMCS Operators Workstation (OWS) and local area network (LAN). The work shall be performed by a general, electrical, or mechanical contractor who has five years experience in monitoring and control systems type of work. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 260 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is currently Subject to the Availability of Funds. The NAICS code for this project is 233320, size standard $28.5M. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
