Description

The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Service, Carolina, Puerto Rico, intends to procure 2002 Chrysler Jeep Compact Sport Utility Vehicle, Blue or Green in color, 6 cylinder, 4 x 2 Series 302, tinted windows, 36 month warranty, AM- FM Radio W/Compact Disc Player, Power Windows and Door Locks Cruise Control and Tilt Steering. All responsive and responsible contractors within the island of Puerto Rico may submit a quotation. A firm-fixed price will result. Submit faxed quotations to "Purchasing Section," at (612) 370-2136, Attention Gloria Benson. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE JULY 31, 2002 BY 10:00 a.m. local time. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
