Description

NA This project consists of all plant, material, labor, and supervision for repair pavements. Work will include, but is not limited to: road widening, bituminous overlay, bituminous pavement, road patching, surface repairs & crack seal, and rollover curb. M agnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid opening date will be on or about 28 August 2002. Construction time will be thirty (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be available fifteen (15) calendar day s from the date of this announcement from: Volk Field CRTC, ATTN: CMS Kelly Clark, 100 Independence Drive, Building 11, Camp Douglas, WI 54618-5001. Requests shall include Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, telephone number, and fax number. A DUNS number can be obtained on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting Dun and Bradstreet Information Services at 1-800-333-0505 to get one free of charge over the telephone. Successful bidder must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/.
