Description

NA Anniston Army Depot is seeking companies who have the capability to provide an automated off-the-shelf labor and production tool that will track production through several shops by Production Control Number (PCN) and employee. The tool must interface with the Army standard Automated Time And Attendance Program (ATAAP) system and provide real time reports. Tracking tool must work in the industrial shop environment and must be capable of holding planned versus actual totals for labor and materials. System should have the following capabilities once a PCN is loaded into the system: 1) Employees log onto a job by swiping their ID card into a scanner located at the job site; 2) Employees change from job to job by swiping ID card through scanner at job site, 3 ) Workstations located throughout the shops that allow employees to select PCN and swipe their card to log on and off of jobs; 4) Material handlers charge materials to a PCN by selecting PCN from workstation screen and swipe of ID card to enter material in formation; 5) Labor and production files downloaded daily into ATAAP; 6) Capability to schedule CAD/CAM machines for production per PCN; 7)Real time report available at selected manager?s workstations to show current status of planned versus actual perform ance by PCN, job performance on each PCN, machine time per PCN; and 8) Capability to graphically display performance by PCN, employee, machine, etc. Interested companies are requested to provide brochures, literature, published price lists, not later than 15 days after synopsis appears in the CBD, Information must be submitted electronically.
